Registration forms will be
available January 5, 2009.
Early Bird Registration (valid
January 5-April 30, 2009) will be
$380. This includes all
workshop sessions and speakers and
the following meals: Welcome
Dinner Wednesday, Breakfast, Lunch
and Dinner Thursday, Breakfast and
Lunch Friday, Closing Brunch
Saturday. After April 30,
registration fees increase to $450.
