Illinois Eggs in the Classroom

In the Spring of 2020, we were disappointed that, due to remote learning, students across the state would not be able to participate in their embryology units in their classrooms. We decided to offer the next best thing, so we got our own incubator and fertilized chicken eggs and filmed daily videos of the process. Watch the videos in order to learn about all things chickens, eggs, embryology, and much more!
