Show Us Your Boots!

IAITC is currently requesting video submissions from 4H and FFA Members, as well as farm kids from around the state, to “show us your boots.” IAITC hopes to showcase the diversity of Illinois farms and farm families and the many “boots” they wear to get their work done on the farm. These videos will be posted on IAITC’s social media accounts from March 20 through April 20 of this year. If you’re interested in submitting a video, please email Chris Wyant, IAITC Education Manager, at cwyant@ilfb.org.

“Hi! My name is ___ from ___ (town) in ___ County.  Let me show you my boots! *hold up the boots*
I use these boots to ___ (work my horse, clean out the barn, get ready to show a 4H/FFA project, etc).
Stay tuned for more boots with Illinois Agriculture in the Classroom!”

Thank you from all of us at IAITC! We can't wait to see your boots!

Check out this brand new IAITC lesson that allows students to explore different types of boots used on the farm and lets them design their own boots!
